The booth fee includes 2 lunch tickets, 6ft table, 2 chairs, pipe and drape, 42in sign with Company Name, and Wifi Access in an 8×10 space within the 45,000 sq ft Century II Expo Hall. *Registration does NOT guarantee booth. Following your registration and upon acceptance, we’ll send you an invoice and an agreement to review and sign. We ask that you pay the invoice as soon as possible to finalize your booth reservation. Payment due in full by March 6th, 2026 unless arrangement has been made.

The Ability Expo is completely free and open to the public.

Registration fee is $450 or $250 for Veteran Owned Businesses or Non Profit Foundations. Fill out the booth Registration form here. Our team will review your submission and follow up with next steps and the official invoice.

The Expo serves individuals with disabilities, caregivers, families, therapists, educators, and healthcare providers, as well as businesses offering products and services for the community.

Our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days to confirm your booth and explain the next steps.

All proceeds from the Ability Expo will benefit the Thrive Foundation, which provides essential resources for individuals with brain injuries—support that often isn’t covered by insurance. Your participation helps improve daily life and access to care for those who need it most.

Booths include a designated space at the Expo. The booth fee includes 2 lunch tickets, a 6ft table, 2 chairs, pipe and drape, 42in sign with Company Name, and Wifi Access. Additional support for purchase, including electricity needed, is available for an additional charge by the designated supplier, Helgersons. You can place your order here.

The Expo will be held on March 19th at the Century II Convention Center in Wichita, KS from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
